4. Data Retention

Order and transaction records are retained for 7 years to comply with Australian tax and business record-keeping requirements. Marketing subscriber data is retained until you unsubscribe or request deletion. Account data is retained while your account is active.

  • Request deletion of your information, subject to legal retention obligations

If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first at hello@morlyf.com.au and we will respond within a reasonable timeframe. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may lodge a complaint with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner (OAIC) at www.oaic.gov.au.

7. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to keep you logged in, remember items in your cart and measure site performance. We group cookies into three categories:
