Shipping
We dispatch research peptides from Sydney with tracking on every order. This policy sets out how we ship, how long delivery takes and what to do if something goes wrong.
1. Shipping Overview
MORLYF ships to Australian addresses only. All orders are dispatched from Sydney, New South Wales via Australia Post Express.
2. Shipping Rates
Express shipping starts from $10 on orders under $200. All orders over $200 ship free.
Australia Post Express, 2 to 5 business days to most metro addresses. Free express shipping qualifies automatically at checkout when your order totals $200 or more.
3. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 1 to 2 business days of payment confirmation. Orders placed over weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. During peak periods or product launches processing may take an additional business day.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Metro (Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, Perth, Adelaide, Canberra, Hobart, Darwin): 2 to 5 business days.
- Regional and remote: add 2 to 3 business days on top of metro timeframes.
Delivery times may be affected by weather events, public holidays and Australia Post network delays. These estimates are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed by MORLYF.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your Australia Post tracking number. Tracking updates usually appear within 12 to 24 hours of dispatch.
6. Shipping Restrictions
MORLYF ships to Australian addresses only. We do not offer international shipping at this time.
7. Delivery Issues
If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or if tracking shows the parcel as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check with neighbours and your local Australia Post outlet first, then contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can lodge a carrier investigation on your behalf.
8. Incorrect Address
Please double-check your shipping address before completing checkout. We cannot take responsibility for orders shipped to an incorrect address supplied at checkout. If you notice a mistake straight after ordering, email us within 60 minutes and we will do our best to correct the label before dispatch.
