Refunds

MORLYF offers a curated range of products across skincare, oral care, sleep and specialised research materials.

Given the nature of selected products within our range, all sales are considered final once an order has been processed and dispatched.

The exceptions outlined below are designed to ensure you receive what you paid for.

1. All Sales Are Final

Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please ensure you are confident in your purchase before placing your order.

2. Damaged in Transit

If your order arrives with items damaged during shipping, you may be eligible for a replacement or refund. You must report the damage within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with clear photos of the damaged item and its outer packaging. Where appropriate, we will provide a prepaid return label and ship a replacement at no additional cost.

3. Wrong Item Received

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of what arrived. We will arrange an exchange for the correct product at no additional cost. Refunds are not offered for wrong-item situations when an exchange can be fulfilled.

4. Storage & Delivery Conditions

Once an order has been delivered, MORLYF is not responsible for damage caused by environmental exposure, including heat, sunlight or extended time unattended.

If you believe your order was compromised during transit, please contact us within 48 hours with supporting photos and delivery details, and we will review the case with the shipping carrier where applicable.

5. Non-Delivery

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

We will initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier. Where an order is confirmed lost in transit, a replacement or resolution may be offered at our discretion.

We reserve the right to assess all claims before issuing a replacement or refund.

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 5-10 business days of approval. Depending on your bank, funds may take an additional few business days to appear on your statement.

7. Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law

MORLYF operates as a registered Australian business and complies with all obligations under Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in this policy limits your statutory rights under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
