These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of morlyf.com.au and the purchase of products from MORLYF. By using this site or placing an order you agree to these terms in full. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

1. Product Categories & Intended Use

MORLYF offers a curated range of products across skincare, oral care, sleep and specialised research materials.

Products listed within our research category are supplied strictly for in-vitro laboratory research purposes only. By purchasing these products, you acknowledge and accept their intended use.

All other products are supplied for general consumer use in accordance with their intended purpose.

2. Research Product Restrictions

Research products are NOT intended for:

  • Human or animal consumption or ingestion
  • Therapeutic, cosmetic or pharmaceutical use
  • Animal consumption or veterinary use
  • Diagnosing, treating, curing or preventing any disease or medical condition

3. Regulatory Status

Research products supplied by MORLYF are not therapeutic goods as defined under the Therapeutic Goods Act 1989 (Cth) and have not been evaluated, approved, registered or listed with the Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

They are supplied as reference materials for laboratory research only.

4. Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase products within the research category. By purchasing research products, you confirm that you are 18 years or older.

For all other products, customers must meet the applicable legal purchasing requirements in their jurisdiction.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where these requirements are not met.

5. Responsible Use

Customers purchasing research products acknowledge that they are responsible for ensuring appropriate handling, storage and use in accordance with applicable guidelines and regulations.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, MORLYF is not liable for any loss, damage or misuse arising from the use of its products outside of their intended purpose.

  • Use of research products outside their stated purpose

All content on morlyf.com.au, including text, images, graphics, logos and product photography, is owned by or licensed to MORLYF and is protected by Australian and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works without express written permission.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New South Wales, Australia. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales in relation to any dispute arising out of these Terms.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately on posting to this page. Your continued use of the site or placement of new orders constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
